IM Intro

Weline Pro IM is a private chat tool running directly on the Weline Pro device. It provides fully private instant messaging, with all chat data stored on the Weline Pro edge device. Communications are transmitted using encryption to ensure privacy and security.

The Weline Pro IM feature supports the following operations:

1. Quote: Reply to a specific message by quoting it.
2. Copy: Copy the content of a message.
3. Delete: The sender can delete a message. Once deleted, it is also removed from the recipient’s chat history.
4. Preview media: View images, play videos, and listen to audio files shared in the chat.
5. Document preview and editing: Open and edit documents directly from the chat.
6. Save files: Save received chat files to your local device.
7. Send files: Share files stored on the Weline Pro device into the chat.
8. Message status: Check whether a sent message is marked as Read or Delivered.
9. AI Agent support: Use AI-powered features such as translation, summarization, reply suggestions, and speech-to-text recognition.
